Basis
The rubric was set up under minutes No. 107 of the meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 5 September 2026 (item 8):
…higher education institutions shall set up rubrics such as “Bir ixtiro tarixi” (“The Story of an Invention”) and “Ilm bilan erishilgan yutuq” (“Achieved Through Science”) on their official websites and social networks and publish new materials every week.
