Department of Biology
The Department of Biology trains specialists in biology, biotechnology and the teaching of both.
Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry was founded in 2001 within the Faculty of Natural Science as the Chemistry and Ecology department. It works to develop chemistry education in the region and to introduce modern teaching methods.
Department of Geography
Geography began in 1998 within the Faculty of History and later became a separate Department of Geography. It trains specialists in geography and its teaching.
Department of General Medical Sciences
The Department of General Medical Sciences teaches future doctors anatomy, physiology and other fundamental medical subjects.
Department of Clinical Sciences
The Department of Clinical Sciences was established in September 2024 within the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine. It teaches students in general medicine and paediatrics.
